Task: Produce Problem Management Summary
The purpose of this task is to capture the lessons learnt and obtain the required sign-offs on the Problem Management handover activities.

Main Description
Problem Manager should collect evidence such as work products, performance measures, improvement information derived from the Problem Management and document the information for future use. The information recorded in Problem Management Summary Report should be made available to similar engagements. This information helps in assessing the overall performance of the Problem Management and thereby provides inputs for continual improvement.

Problem Manager must produce a Problem Management Summary containing all details of the Problem Management activities in the engagement.
